STORY + MISSION
Emily Deyn, a British-born Functional Strength, Kettlebell, and Mindset Coach currently based in vibrant New York City. With a successful career in fashion and art, Emily earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Manchester Metropolitan University and collaborated with renowned brands like Uniqlo, Vans, East Pak, and Dr. Martens. Together with her sister Agyness Deyn, she even co-founded their own clothing brand, Title A.
In 2015, a life-changing event occurred when Emily became a mother. This profound experience ignited a new perspective on the significance of physical and mental well-being for both herself and her family. Driven by this newfound insight, she delved into exploring mindset and movement as powerful tools to elevate her lifestyle and navigate the challenges of motherhood and life with grace.
The year 2020 brought a significant shift in priorities due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. Witnessing its impact, Emily decided to redirect her focus towards purpose and service, leading her to make a bold transition from the fashion industry to coaching. This fulfilling journey not only nourished her soul but also empowered countless others to embrace movement, strength, self-love, and confidence.
Her mission is clear: to assist individuals, especially parents, in uncovering their genuine physical potential through sustainable strength and movement. Through the unlocking of sustainable strength, participants not only experience enhanced confidence but also develop greater resilience and inner fortitude. The rewards of embarking on this journey reach well beyond the physical realm, encompassing psychological and emotional well-being as well.
Emily's passion for education shines brightly. As a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and a graduate of the intensive 12-week Kettlebell Foundations Course (KBFC), she continuously seeks knowledge, attending seminars with esteemed figures like Craig Liebenson (FPM). Currently, she is pursuing the prestigious Mike Boyle Certified Functional Strength and Conditioning (CFSC) Level 1 certification.
Though based in New York City, Emily coaches individuals from diverse corners of the world. She firmly believes that education is a potent weapon to effect positive change, and through her coaching, she empowers others to embrace their fullest potential.
